Terms and Conditions of Courses.

 

 

 

1.  Bohemia Music will make every effort to ensure each course is delivered as advertised. However, Bohemia Music reserves the right to modify course content and materials as required in the interests of continuous course improvement and/or academic obligation.

2.  In the case of unforeseen circumstances, or if insufficient student numbers are enrolled onto a course, Bohemia Music reserves the right to cancel any course prior to commencement. A full refund will be provided to any enrolled students in this case.

3.  A minimum 50% payment of the course fee is required to secure a place. The balance must be paid no later than the day that the course commences.

4.  Bohemia Music reserves the right to refuse admission to lessons in cases of unacceptable conduct.

5. Course fees are not refundable or transferable except in case of material breach by Bohemia Music or in the absolute discretion of management.

6.  Bohemia Music cannot accept responsibility or liability for death or personal injuries except for those resulting from the Company’s negligence or breach of duty.

7.  Bohemia Music shall not be responsible for students’ belongings, including musical equipment, whilst at any of the premises where the classes are held, and so cannot in the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by the Company or its servants and agents be held liable for loss, damage or theft of said belongings.

8.   Students will be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the Company’s property however caused by them and will indemnify the Company against any resulting liabilities and expenses.

9.  In the event of a student not being able to attend any or all of the classes. All course materials will be sent to them by email.

10. This and any other agreement between the applicant and Bohemia Music shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
